Cancellation and Transfer Policy
Should you need to cancel your reservation you must mail or fax a written request or call 214.736.1206 noting which option you prefer:
- Refund of fees (less $50 cancellation fee per registration) by July 31, 2008. No refunds will be granted within two weeks of the conference date.
- Transfer of registration to another member of your church. Please include original attendee name and new attendee name.
