We’re proud to partner with 316 Networks (one of our great sponsors) for this year’s Echo Conference, and we’re thrilled that they’re giving away five free Echo registrations this week.
All you have to do to enter the drawing is click here and complete the signup form. While you’re there, you should watch John Saddington explain why he loves 316 Networks. John knows everything there is to know about web technology and the church, so let him take you to school on the greatness of 316 Networks.
Sure, Jon Acuff is a popular blogger and a bestselling author, but he’s also one of our Echo 2010 keynote speakers — that’s why I pressured him into talking to me on the phone for a few minutes on Friday afternoon. In our 14-minute convo we discuss Jon’s book (most people like it), his upcoming talk at Echo (it’s a new one), and what the rest of 2010 holds for him (a new book? a new blog?).
On Friday we wrapped up the latest in our series of Echo Giveaways for Echo attendees. This time around, the prize in question was a free COLLIDE subscription for our lucky winners. All of the winners were selected via random number generator and notified by email, and here they are:

Watermark Community Church is hosting Echo again this year, and we couldn’t be more thrilled. First of all, the staff at Watermark is tremendous — they’re knowledgeable, hard-working, and generous. Second, the place serves good coffee. Third, construction is basically complete on a whole new section of the Watermark facility and it’s absolutely beautiful. I uploaded a Flickr set here (photos by Ryan Jarrell), and you can see a few pics below. As you can tell from the images, the new building at Watermark is a great place to hang out and relax, so be sure to bring a laptop and a good book to this year’s conference.
As you can see, there are lot of great chairs and couches for lounging, tweeting, and playing WoW.
There’s also a nice fireplace. But we probably won’t get a fire going during Echo — it’ll already be 1000 degrees outside.
This last one gives you an idea of how much new lobby space we’ve got to work with. We should be able to fit a lot of palettes there once nap time rolls around …
